2 cups cooked rice, chilled
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup Chia Lemon Salad Dressing

Enjoy as a side dish, part of a cold salad plate or all on it's own!
